DJ Harold and Jean Chevalier

This July 1, 2008 at Thompson Park in Hudson, DJ Harold celebrates his 10th year of musically animating the City of Hudson’s Canada Day festivities. “We’ve had a lot of fun together over this past decade“ says Harold Rauchwerger (aka DJ Harold) www.djmontreal.ca
In 1999 Hudson’s Jean Chevalier discovered DJ Harold and asked him to participate in the city’s Canada Day festivities. The rest is history.
The event usually features on stage live performances, inflatable games for the kids, a watermelon eating contest, a bonfire, a Canada Day cake, exciting fireworks, and DJ Harold musical entertainment.
DJ Harold’s music gives a flow to the day’s theme and then breaks into animation that inspires residents of all ages to participate on stage, in the field and even while sitting in the bleachers.
“Hudson is a beautiful community and this is my favourite place to be on Canada Day. In spite of all the other offers I’ve preferred to return here for the last 10 wonderful years” Harold proclaims.
