Support Group for Women - Manifest Your Goal

The West Island Women’s Centre, an agency supported by Centraide, will be offering an eight-week support group for women to help them define and reach their goals. Do you have a goal in life, but are not sure how to take the steps to reach it? With changing life circumstances or a change of season often comes the desire to change our life, recreate ourselves or begin again. In this support group, you will be empowered to fulfill your goals over the long-term. The group will be facilitated by Lesley Pavitt, a holistic therapist.
Registration is required. To join this support group, please call the Women’s Centre at 514-695-8529 or e-mail carolien.albers@qc.aibn.com Space is limited. The group will meet on Tuesday evenings from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. beginning on September 30, 2008 at the Church of the Resurrection (99 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Pointe-Claire).
